Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow
So this week is officially my last week living in Williamsburg at least for the foreseeable future and I’m having a bit of a quarter life crisis. I went out to dinner with a friend from high-school and realized that in a way Williamsburg has become a part of me as much as I have become a part of it as hard as that is to admit. The parkway, the beach, the hard gangsters of FC, the rehab kids,...

I’m not sure the IRS finds that believable.’ >...

So today I went to check on the progress of my new spot and found that some of the flooring had been put down in my kitchen, main bathroom, and the tileing had been started in my master bedroom. It was really exciting to see how much progress had been made since just this last monday none of the before mentioned had been done. After checking out everything in my place I decided to go ahead and...
Great Wedding this weekend
I went to my cousin Jeff’s wedding this weekend and had an absolute blast. We stayed at a great resort in Charlottesville the Boar’s Head Inn. It was great catching up with family and various other people that I have not seen in a good while. Now I have to get back to the everyday hustle.
Getting a Passport
Today I was inspired to try and get a passport so that I would have it in case I made it big and had to leave the country quickly….no but really I just wanted to get my passport in case I wanted to do something this coming year. So I went online and filled out the required form, got my proof of citizenship, and identification ready to go so I would be prepared. So I head to the post office...
Today
I played full court basketball for the first time since…..ok you get the point a long time has pasted since the last time I played. I was happy with my overall game I got some rebounds, steals, and even dropped a sick baby hook in the lane the only downside was the fact that after playing for 15 mins my entire chest felt like it was going to cave in. But hey no pain no gain…I’m...
Top 5
Have I mentioned that I can’t wait to move out of Williamsburg? Ok here is my top 5 reasons why: As much as I love the rents getting out of their house will be very nice especially I was used to being able to live by myself at school and now its just not the same. Ready too have my own place to call my own that I can try to fill with my stuff. For every person I like seeing in Williamsburg...

Looking Forward to January
The month of January is going to be a very interesting month for me as the inspections for the new place will start happening (at least I prey they will). Also, as far as work goes I will be launching a lot of new projects designed to grow business for 2008 and as far as the market as a whole goes January is going to be a interesting indicator for which direction the market will be heading in...

Dry Wall Up
After braving the golf course earlier today (which I was God awful at) I was able to stop by the Condo to check out the progress and was pleased to find the dry wall was up. However, since there are actual walls up now I have the urge to move in ASAP so even though there is no power, water or heat I am grabbing a sleeping bag and camping it out till it is done….I’m just playing but I...

Dealing with Failure
Anyone that knows anything about me or my background knows that I have made mistakes like any other person in life. As I have entered the work force and have started to try to become a helpful member of society I have come to the realization that there are few different ways that people deal with failure or mistakes in their lives. People do not except the fact that they failed in the first place....
